6' x 100' Roll of Underlayment

This is 6' x 100' roll.

Underlayment provides protection for Liner Rubber by acting as a buffer between the ground surface and the liner to reduce friction and stretching that can lead to tearing. Needle-punched geo-textile fabric also allows gases that may build up under the liner to escape.

Underlayment is cheaper and easier than using carpet products, newspapers or some other buffer.

Underlayment is sold by the square foot and is cut in whole-foot lengths, 15 feet wide. To calculate square footage of underlayment needed, just take the square footage of your liner and round up to the nearest multiple of 15 square feet.
